Through exhibitions, educational programming, public art events, and community partnerships, TAC provides opportunities for artists to share their work while connecting residents and visitors through meaningful cultural experiences. Located in the heart of Towson, the Collective serves artists of all ages and backgrounds throughout Baltimore County and beyond. We believe the arts strengthen communities, encourage economic vitality, and create spaces where people gather, connect, and find inspiration. Over the past several years, the Towson Arts Collective has partnered with organizations including Baltimore County, Cromwell Valley Park, the Baltimore County Historic Courthouse, Towson University, local schools, community organizations, and businesses to bring accessible arts programming to thousands of community members. Arts in the Park Since its inception, Arts in the Park has grown into one of Towson Arts Collective's signature community events, welcoming hundreds of visitors to celebrate local artists, live music, food, and creativity. Each year, the event has expanded through the support of generous sponsors, dedicated volunteers, talented musicians, and outstanding local artists. As the event evolves into a monthly gathering, on the last Thursday of the month, in the Historic Courthouse Gardens, our goal remains the same—to create an inviting public space where art, music, community, and local businesses come together to celebrate the creative spirit of Towson.
